Like the Mattiazzi Uncino Chair, the Uncino stool has a quasi-primitive aesthetic. The sculpted wood plane of the seat contrasts with the bent metal rods that form the legs and the footrest. The shape of the metal base mimics the seat, giving the stool a satisfying sense of visual symmetry.
